Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 1084) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(L&C)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to marine products and motorized recreational                                                              
    products; and providing for an effective date."

    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 177(L&C)                                                                                
    "An Act relating to marine products and motorized recreational                                                              
    products; amending Rule 3, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure; and

Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                               
amendment to CSHB 177(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB
177(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes.

amendment to CSHB 177(L&C)?"  The roll was taken with the
